A bit about Meticulous Travel..
Having connections in Private Villas fully staffed around the world. Meticulous Travel will organise transfers flights and accommodation. The Villas are immense and are all 5 star luxury. These Villas start from 5 bedrooms and above (I even have contact with one that can accommodate 100 people).
Meticulous Travel does not organise accommodation in resorts because our focus is delivering an individual holiday or event experience where you are not sharing your accommodation with strangers. The villas have their own private pool so you can swim at what ever time you would like.
Our staff will be available to you the entire time of your trip (YES THAT’S RIGHT 24 HOURS/DAY WHILST TRAVELING) to make sure we can make your holiday or event as stress free as possible.

Our service is more like a Virtual Personal Assistant Service. We are available 24 hours a day whilst you are touring.
All our Tour Managers will responsive ,respectful and most of all ready to party .
About The Owner
I am Tania Rodger. Over the last 20 years I have organised dozens of trips, tours, hens parties and weddings.
All have been exceptional with added touches to make that event a little more memorable.
I will be your Meticulous with your requirements researching and sourcing any request no matter how small or big I am your personal assistant for your trip or event.
In all my years organising events and trips my greatest achievement is watching the delight and enjoyment on everyone’s faces whilst enjoying the day.
My husband and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary with our family in a beautiful 5 star Villa in Phuket Thailand. Imagine staying in a 7 bedroom (sleeps 20) Villa overlooking The spectacular Andaman Sea. The sunsets are truly amazing. Fully staffed with Villa manager, chef, housekeeping, groundsman and mini bus driver. It was Amazing and if you go to the travel Tab I can also organise one of these fabulous trips for you.
When my daughter was getting married we noticed there was no one we could go to organise the whole day and weekend on the Central Coast for hens or Girls trips and being a local of the Central Coast for the last 22 years I have decided to service the Central Coast Newcastle brides a service to take some of the stress away from that Big Day.
I am so excited and can’t wait to make your holiday or hens that day you dreamt of. Of course not as good as your wedding day but a very close second.
