We offer martial arts classes including Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Kickboxing, and Wrestling, as well as several fitness classes and yoga.
Accommodation

Also, some of the rooms have two single beds, some people can share a room and the price stays the same. We charge per room, not per person. Attached, please find the retail prices for our rooms.

Private Training
• Private lessons for Muay Thai are 900 THB each.
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lessons with a black belt are 3500 THB per hour.
• MMA private lessons with one of the Hickman Brothers is 4000 THB per hour.
• Fitness private lessons range between 2500-4000 THB per hour depending on the coach.
• Private Group Classes: Sometimes people want to train with just their group only, not with the general public. Private group classes can be arranged, we just need to know the size of the group and length of class so that we can quote for the instructor’s time. These classes can be Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fitness, or yoga.
Meal Plan:
A healthy meal plan can be added for 500 THB per day or 3500 THB per week. This entitles the individual to two meals daily, accompanied by a choice of coffee, tea, water, or soda.
