Welcome, to Wedding Celebrant Asia. I am Paul Cunliffe, an experienced Wedding Celebrant and Master of ceremonies based out of Phuket, Thailand. I have been a wedding celebrant and masters of ceremonies (MC) for over 5 years.
My Thai company is called Wedding Celebrant Asia which allows me to live and work in Thailand.
As an established Celebrant in Phuket, I have successfully conducted many ceremonies at locations all over Phuket, Thailand. It has been a privilege to meet many couples from all other the World and I have some wonderful memories of weddings at some of the most beautiful wedding venues.
Therefore, I know many of the best venues in Phuket so I can help and advise on most aspects of your wedding planning including your marriage ceremony of course.

Wedding Celebrant
My name is Peter Notley. I was born and grew up in South London, UK, some time after the 2nd World War. I’m now something over 50 !
My early working life was in mechanical engineering, and included some memorable years travelling around the world on passenger liners as an Engineering Officer. Hard work and hard play.
I later settled into 12 years of medical work, part-clinical, part-engineering, in Reading, west of London. However, the lure of sunnier weather and greater financial incentive took me off to do six years of similar work in military hospitals in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and, latterly, Kuwait, as it was burning after the first Iraq war in 1991.
It was during this spell in the Middle East that I discovered Thailand by way of holidays in and around Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and Phuket; the standard tourist spots back in the 1980s, and to this day.
Thirty years ago I decided to settle in Phuket, and have been here permanently ever since. Imagine a Phuket with the same fabulous beaches, little traffic and no mobile phones. You could actually concentrate on just ‘being’ and ‘living’ ! It was Paradise. Things have changed, and while Phuket is a lot busier than it was two decades ago, it is still a great place to live, come for a holiday, to sample the Thai culture, food and people, and to get married !
Whilst in Phuket, I’ve built a couple of small boats, spent several years working with local media and publishing companies, and more recently in the property business. Now, however, my focus is on my marriage-celebrant work which I enjoy very much. There is something quite special and positive in seeing two people in love make their vows of commitment to each other in front of their friends and families and, of course, in some of the most spectacular and romantic locations in the world, right here in Phuket. As of July 2023, I’ve just passed the 600 wedding mark.
I have a Thai wife and a teenage son (with me in the photo), both of whom keep me very busy. I have no plans to leave Phuket just yet.
The Photographer
My name is Noi. With over 10 years of photography experience, i have had professional photoshoots all around Thailand. Having worked with photography studios, collaborating with other photography service providers and managing personal projects, I have had the opportunity to perfect my skills in different types of photography.
However, my passion is working outdoors and using nature as my studio. i am always exploring new locations, working with different lighting, time, weather and seasons to deliver the best photoshoot for my clients.
Phuket is where I am based. It is an amazing destination, a beautiful place filled with stunning scenery. The Makeup Artist
Hi! My name is Neil Donkin, originally from Sydney, Australia, and I am a freelance makeup artist and hairstylist, now based in Phuket. I am a professionally trained makeup artist and a fully qualified hairdresser with over 35 + years of experience in my chosen field.
I specialise in airbrushing and work on makeup and hairstyling for weddings, Pre Wedding shoots and special occasions. I only use quality products like MAC, Laura Mercier, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Charlotte Tilbury and Huda Beauty. With 5 years of experience working as a makeup artist and hairstylist in editorial and the fashion industry, 4 years as an Educator and Trainer for International cosmetics companies and over 20 years working for major commercial networks in Sydney, Australia. More recently, as Key makeup artist and hairstylist for a feature movie for Paramount Pictures.
Since relocating to Thailand and working in the wedding industry, my work was featured previously in Vogue Bride Australia, Hong Kong Tatler, Tatler Weddings, Uk Tatler, Perfect Weddings Magazine, My Wedding Magazine, Style Me Pretty, Wedding Chicks, La Bride, The Wedding Scoop, and Hello Magazine to name a few.
Over my long career, I have been fortunate enough to work with many local and International celebrities, including Nicole Kidman, Kylie Minogue, Rose Byrne, Isla Fisher, Tina Arena, Chris Hemsworth, Elle McPherson, Dame Joan Collins, Cate Blanchett, Dana Delaney.
I have a professional and dedicated team that specialises in Bridal hair and makeup to assist with large wedding parties. We are here to give you a wonderful and stress-free experience, so you can relax and enjoy your day.
The Wedding Planner & Florist
My name is Supparin and I am also better known by my nickname Toom.
My passion is flowers and after starting out as a Florist after being trained in Bangkok, I quickly moved into providing Wedding Flowers in Phuket.
Firstly, I designed and made flowers for other Wedding Planners clients (and still do) and over time progressed to working directly with Wedding Clients myself. Over the years, I have gained invaluable experience as a Wedding Flower Florist in Phuket.
Almost any flower or wedding flower design is possible. My work consist of mainly wedding flower design with Unique Phuket Wedding Planners, but I also design, make and deliver flowers for most other occasions.
